We can flexibly accommodate requests such as early start times (12PM–3PM), seating arrangements, microphones, additional tables, and other equipment.
FAQ
How far in advance can I make a web reservation?
Online reservations are generally accepted from 3 months before your visit date until 2PM on the same day. For group reservations, please contact us by phone and we will do our best to accommodate you.
For last-minute reservations or large groups, we may not always be able to accept your booking, but please feel free to contact us.
Can I reserve only a seat?
During peak season (April to September), reservations are accepted only for customers ordering course meals with all-you-can-drink plans. Seating may still be available for walk-in guests on the day.
Does everyone in the group need to order the same course and drink plan?
Except for children, all guests in the same group are required to order the same plan. For group bookings, please contact us by phone and we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
Do you offer children’s pricing?
We offer children’s sets for elementary school students and younger, as well as half-size BBQ courses at half price. Please inform us when making your reservation.
Is there a time limit for seating?
Regardless of reservation status, seating is generally limited to 2 hours.
Some plans may include designated seating areas.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel at least 2 days in advance.
Cancellations without notice or reductions in guest numbers may incur a cancellation fee. However, if business operations are suspended due to typhoons or heavy rain, no cancellation fee will apply.
Can I visit without a reservation?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome. However, reservations are recommended for smoother seating and better table availability.
Can I book the venue for a private event?
Yes, private bookings are available for approximately 80 to 400 guests. Even if you are still considering it, please feel free to contact us by phone.
Can large groups make reservations? What is the maximum number of guests?
Depending on the reservation platform, online bookings are generally available for groups of 40–60 guests.
For reservations exceeding 40–60 guests within 2–3 days of the event, advance preparation is required. Please contact us by phone.
What if the final number of guests is not confirmed until the day before?
Please contact us by the day before your reservation. If you booked online, you may modify your reservation online.
If fewer guests arrive than originally reserved, meal charges will still apply for the original number of guests. Drink plans will only be charged for the actual number of attendees.
Are minors allowed?
Yes, minors are welcome. However, alcoholic beverages cannot be served to underage guests.
Can I bring my own cake?
Yes. If you inform us in advance, we can help arrange serving timing, storage, background music, and more.
Do you accept credit cards, e-money, or gift certificates?
Credit cards and electronic payments are accepted. However, gift certificates are generally not accepted.
Can guests with strollers or wheelchairs use the venue?
Yes, they are welcome. We will prioritize suitable table arrangements, so please inform us when making your reservation.
Can I smoke at my seat?
Smoking at seats is prohibited. Please use the designated smoking area inside the venue.
Can I take leftover food home?
Unfortunately, takeout of leftover food is not allowed for hygiene reasons.
What happens if it rains during the meal?
Out of 440 seats, 400 are covered with retractable tents, so you can continue enjoying your meal even if it rains.
Will you operate during rain or typhoon forecasts?
Our retractable tents and vinyl curtains allow guests to dine comfortably even on rainy days.
Therefore, we generally remain open in the rain. However, in cases of severe sideways rain or typhoons, we may temporarily close for customer safety.
Can I request specific seating?
Specific seat requests and seat changes during your visit are generally not accepted. However, if you mention your preference when booking, we will do our best to accommodate it within reason.
Can I bring children?
Of course. Families with children are welcome. If you provide your child’s age in advance, we can prepare child seats.
Can we borrow microphones or tables for company events?
Absolutely! We can accommodate various organizer requests including table arrangements. Please feel free to contact us by phone.
